Quest to save Skyrim (From mod errors) - NPC faces

For months, I've had a persisting problem with NPCs, namely the bandits and forsworn of Skyrim. They either have a discolored head or vertical lines down their face or hairline.I have exported FaceGenData for skyrim.esm and all DLCs, as well as culprit .esp's. I have been using Nexus Mod Manager for mod installation on most mods, but something has happened where all files are in place whether they show installed on NMM or not. I am trying to avoid having to wipe everything clean and start all over by fixing this one persisting and elusive issue, but countless attempts have accomplished no solution. if anyone has any advice, please share it. This really sucks having this un-immersive problem with my game.
