The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project

I'm a complete Newbie at adding/using Mods. :sick:

 

I manually downloaded HD Reworked Project (3 parts), and installed each part into the Witcher 3 v.1.31 game folder.

 

I then realised I should be using Vortex for mod downloads.

I downloaded several other small mods using Vortex.

I also downloaded and installed Debug Console Enabler v 1.31 (for W3), and added it as a Tool my managed game - The W3.

 

I want to add HD Reworked Project to Vortex, and to be recognised by DCE), but it's not a simple file - it's several folders and files.

How do I get Vortex to recognise HD Reworked Project?

I also don't appear to have "mods.settings" in ...\Documents\The Witcher 3.

 

Also I have 8 mods in Vortex, but the "Load Order" icon does not appear (even after I have installed each mod using Vortex).

 

Any help appreciated.
