Bugs

I'm having a few problems with bugs - quite literally. Insects have started spawning inside my Hearthfire house; Lakeview Manor. Namely, butterflies and bees.

 

Also, the visual effect and sound for the Thu'um "Elemental Fury" level one is persisting for some reason. Unequipping my weapons, or reshouting hasn't changed the problem, and it's quite irritating.

 

And finally, snow weather effects, possibly added by Expanded Snow Systems or Climates of Tamriel now won't appear in a short radius around my character. They're show up a few meters away, but always move on whenever I move. They used to, so it might be a mod conflict, but I'm not sure what? If my load order is required, here it is:
