Bounty Hunters

I was looking on the nexus but didnt see any mods that added bounty hunters that come after you across skyrim. You can run into them in any outside area. Maybe have the steward or jarl hire someone to come bring you in, you can pay the bounty when they find you then end up infront of their jail like normal skyrim, or have the option to kill the hunter and escape. Maybe have a ranger type character as the BH, with possibly a new unique armor for them. if anyone would like the make this mod, im sure it will end up on G.E.M.S.

"im sure it will end up on G.E.M.S. "

Saying that at the end of the request doesn't help.

Who makes mods just so he could end up on G.E.M.S?

Anyhow.

I support the idea, and I think I understand what you mean.

There is already Bounty Hunters/ mercenaries who come after you if you've been seen stealing/sneaking in forbidden areas. (It's actually quite nice detail)

However, not all send these after you.

And I think it'd be really nice to have DIFFERENT sorts of mercenaries/bounty hunters coming after you.

not always the same squad of three (3) mercenaries (Redguard, orc, imperial) in steel armor (Basic steel, sometimes with the pauldrons, sometimes not)

For example:

Highly skilled archer, complete with some dark themed suit and big hat. (Typical bounty hunter style), could try to ambush/attack behind the player. High damage but dies really easily. (If you can find him)

Tank, Paladin, Brute. Man in shiny armor. Highly resistant to physical damage, deals medium damage but is slow. You have chance to reason with him. (starts dialogue like guard does, explains the situation a bit and then you can choose to fight, bribe, threaten or RUN, RUN FORREST RUN!

Sneaky daggerdude? Would be probably really hard to do. But some sort of sneaky character who sneaks behind you, maybe using invisibility spell. If it'd be possible, maybe make it so that when it starts coming for you, you get notification. (message on corner, or maybe some sort of visual "Flash" of danger so it'd be a bit more immersive. Like cold shivers running through your spine. Sixth sense. Etc. etc) Easy to kill if you can see him. Otherwise he hits you with deadly, but slow poison. Maybe so that it deals damage REALLY slowly, but you can't rest, travel or sleep before you get rid of it.

Mage, highly resistant to magic, tons of spells and AI to really utilize them. There's some companion mods which make companion to detect which spell type is most effective against enemy, if that could be added to this, it'd be really nice. Mage armor, thus it'd be pretty hard to kill in melee, ranger or with spells. (What did you expect? Mages are sort of superior if you level it right)

Battlemage! There's NO battlemages at all in game, just couple of fancy spellswords. Battlemage would be combination of Mage and Tank. Heavy armor, spells, maybe mace with powerful enchantments. Really hard to kill.

After all, battlemages are maybe toughest characters in Elder Scrolls lore.

All these could be mixed and matched with different race/equipment/skill bonuses. Wood Elf archer would be much different from Redguard one and so on.

Anyway, these were just ideas, I am not expecting anything.

Only thing I hope with the "Bounty Hunter" theme is that it makes one, powerful at time to attack you, instead of ALWAYS being the group of three.

Yea thats what I was thinking something different than whats in the game now, good ideas! Instead of 3 guys that show up to kill you, then you find out in a note that you stole a bowl and they want you dead. It would be when you have a bounty in a hold and they will send a professional bounty hunter after you that is very hard to kill, something like this
