FERAL GHOULS

suddenly become immune to bullets they just wont die, i've tried to nuke them, same result here is my mod list.. maybe something here.... if anyone can help me fix this i would be most greatful

 

it seems to be bunker hill and settlement attacks that are the most prone, anywhere else ie the training yard i was able to rid them,
