Active quests disappeared from journal

I will try to tell everything I know:

1. If i complete quest objective, quest will be shown at journal.

2. I use only one mod: USSEP 4.2.2 with russian translation.

3. I completed two quests from latest save with all quests displaying at journal: Unfathomable Depths and The Lost Expedition.

4. I tried cleaning unattached instances and undefined elements at FallrimTools: There no them at all.

5. All i did instead of quests: raided many dwemer ruins for dwarven metal ingots, killed some thiefs, walked some kilometers and some smithing, enchanting and trading.

And for these "load older save" lovers:

Yeah, i didn't completed too many quests. But before i found out that quests are disappearing, i already got some skills to 80-100 and 8 levels up (older saves are also with missing quests).

Which quests are disappearing and at what stage in the quest?

Miscellaneous quests do disappear when complete.
