User/Owner Submitted Incompatibility List

No idea if this has been suggested/discussed before. Can probably transition to all of the other nexus sites as well, Oblivion was where the idea initially came. Just a random idea that seems to make sense and might help downloaders (and modders as well).

A list of incompatible mods that would be submitted by various users and the mod owner him/herself. Mod owner has total control over the list including deletion of incompatibilities (Incase he updated the mod with a fix, for example). The list of incompatible mods itself will have its own separate tab, and each separate mod will be listed as a link (either to the incompatible mod, or the actual files of that incompatible mod. I'll leave it to someone else to decide if they like this idea).

Possibly add small "fix" links next to each incompatible mod in the list that the mod owner (the mod that is being viewed against the list of incompatible mods, in this case) submits a solution to. (For example, one of the creators of the incompatible mods tells the mod owner he has created a fix, so the mod owner can add in the fix solution to download the alternative mod for the two mods to be compatible). The fix links only appear when the mod owner submits a solution for the specific incompatibility. This is just another small idea that randomly came to me while typing this that can further assist the problem this attempts to solve.

But yeah, it'd be more efficient for downloaders to go through a list of incompatible mods that they can just click and view, rather than to search through a small list of incompatible mods the creator lists that can't possibly stamp out every single incompatible mod that hundreds of users can help fill in, therefore helping future downloaders. It'd also help the mod creator because (if he cares enough) he can go through the list instead of digging through comments and attempt to fix any incompatibilities that don't greatly affect his/her own mod.

More organization always = win.

All mods are incompatible with oblivion, there is no discussion on that. Of the over25,000 mods out for oblivion, one will always conflict or be incompatible with something.

An observation, nothing more.

Mods with any big incompatibilities usualy tell you (in the ReadMe) what they are or where any conflicts could occur (e.g. most of the texture replacers for the Horse Armor DCL will be incompatible, and this is stated in the ReadMe's).

But apart from that minor point, good idea.

Well of course. Most of the popular and major mods list it every where that they are incompatible with eachother. It's just some times the smaller and less popular mods aren't mentioned as often and sometimes get over looked. That's what I've observed, haven't been into these mods for too long, but a list like this came to me as something that would be really helpful, especially for newer people such as myself. ._.
