SKSE64 Loader "Couldn't find SkyrimSE.exe"

Having this weird issue on Vortex where whenever I try to run SKSE through Vortex, it gives me this warning. However when I try to just go into the game folder and run the skse64_loader.exe by itself, it seems to bring up the game and it works fine. One thing of note, I have Bitdefender and it did pop up with a Application Access block when I first tried to run it, but I did give the application access in Bitdefender and tried re-running it. I have also tried replacing the SKSE files again by copying them back into the folders and overwriting them, I have gone into Steam and verified the files, but nothing is getting it to run through Vortex.
