Stone Texture Problem

As in topic, with Ultra High resolution and some mods stones in my fallout looks really bad. (before dowloading mods it was the same).

If it can help, I have also problem with loading screen in certain games (Dota 2 fir example) where my loading screen is in really bad resolution (big pixels).

 

I have got AMD Radeon HD 6770.
