Batman Who Laughs in Arkham Knight - Will Pay

Looking for someone willing to work with me on a mod for Batman Arkham Knight. I would love to see a Batman Who Skin added to the game and perhaps an added story mission. Depending on scope and final end product I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount to whoever chips in on the project. This something I'd to see shared on the Nexus as well, the Arkham collection recently went on sale so there is definitely more ppl playing the game again. Pls lemme know what any of you think. Could be a fun project.

 

(PS: I am not a game developer, coder or modder. Just had an idea I'd love to see get started.)
