It's directions,command,integer,apostrophe,space,repeat...right?

It is definitely better to use BAT file instead. Create file autoexec.txt (you can change the name, it's just an example) in the root game directory (where Fallout4.exe file is located). Write your commands into this file (one command per line). And then in the INI file change starting command to this: sStartingConsoleCommand="bat autoexec".

sO,NOW TRYING...LOL,JUST CAME FROM THE cOMMONWEALTH...So,anyways I was trying to figure out how best to get that set of commands to all go through, without having to worry about it;every time I start the game or fast travel,or whatever.I deleted the "sStartingConsoleCommand" command and everything in it's line, also checked my prefs, and custom to make sure it wasn't anywhere...but when I pull up the console it still shows that the commands activated, well some of them anyway...that was the problem to begin with I added commands to the line that weren't triggering. My question - is where the hell is it getting the (NERVE!!!) commands from?Is it not running from the INI files in my Fallout 4 folder?Have I been editing the wrong files for years? At least since I put in the "sStartingConsoleCommand",like 3 years?Do "sStartingConsoleCommand" lines get "baked in"?

Are you sure that there is no sStartingConsoleCommand line in any INI file? Check Fallout4Prefs.ini, Fallout4.ini, Fallout4Custom.ini. Maybe you are trying to find in wrong place? For example Mod Organizer can use separate sets of INI files for separate profiles.

And no, as far as I know it can't be "baked in".
