jaysus Posted December 3, 2008 Share Posted December 3, 2008 @myrmaad i think that ha snothing to do with drama at all its just that everybody want to be proud of somin and if its mods so be it... using someones stuff without crediting her/him will of course cause tensions like it does everywhere in the world... afterall plagiarism is one of the imo most annoying and moralic doomable behaviors one can do for personal gain... i just remind of that jerk pseudo artist (henderson or somin was his name) from california with a yearly income of 90.000.000$ by selling other artists works without paying respect and so on... and i love the beth modding community for the generally present respect (well fallout still needs some time to age i guess) and regulation in terms of fair credit giving and so on... if you take other games like unreal or so mods get stolen in all directions... and that creates a bad reputation in this case i do see no problme tho... colour made a mistake and excused her?self in a way one can understand and belive it was a mistake and not done on intend and thus can be overlooked even more so since she added the credits but ya i agree it could have been done in private ;) well cheap advertisment for you lol :P Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have made exceptions, and it never pays off in the end. Drama kings and Drama queens are not welcome in my world. All the person had to do was write a private note to Colour and all would have been right in the world and no harm done. I'm a literature major and a poet and something of an artist, I know what plagiarism is, but see, here's the difference: Was Colour trying to make money or rip off anyone? This kind of stuff happens far too often in this community, and I really don't care what other communities accept. In Deference to Colourwheel I will not participate in jacking this thread again. I used a mesh of psychego And forgot to add him in credits. this person very upset at me so I pulled the mod off the forum and try to appoligize for what I have done. I also decided to pull all my other mods off the forum and decided to stoppping modding for now. For those of you who enjoyed the work I released I thankyou and hope someone releases stuff better than I have done in future.CW,you are human and being human you are bound to make mistakes.Don't let one person's poor attitude stop you from creating and releasing mods.If I listened to all the trash remarks heaped on me,I'd be a blubbering mess.
