[Mod Request] inprisoning options

Can someone plz make a mod where u can take your enemys prisoners, prisoners?

 

to clarify:

U attack an enemy army who has prisoners and after u win u can take them into your army.

 

The therm "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" doesn´t allways fit.

 

I want to be able to decide if the freed are better off in a Prison after all.
