tomb7767 Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 I am unable to launch vortex because of the error stating that "Vortex needs to access "C:\Users\tdb19\onedrive\Documents\MyGames\Fallout4\Fallout4Custom.ini.base: but doesn't have permission t admin rights Vortex can try to unlock the file for you" I have tried to get vortex to unlock but it doesn't work.
