Trying to make a legendary effect that grants invisibility for 20 seconds after a stealth kill

I think I need to use scripts, but the new UI for fallout 4's scripting really confuses the heck outta' me. Any help would be appreciated.

 

 

EDIT: I'm trying "SHouldattackkill", but I have no idea how that works
