Random CTDs on skyrim se, new game hope you can give heads up

Hello all, just started a new playthrough with a mild mod order. Having some random CTD sometimes indoors, sometimes fighting an enemy or just wandering around after a couple of hours. Cleaned my masterfiles and built a bashed patch, didn't add or remove any mods mid-game. I also believe the mods I've added are not that problematic and they seem to be mostly compatible. To add, my specs are 16 gb ram i7 1660 ti so don't think it's system related.
