Without knowing your PC Specs. The 1st thing that sticks out is Immersive Patrols. That one for some reason tends to cause crashes when entering certain areas. Not sure about the particulars but, I also had this issue with Immersive Patrols before as well. Using DynDOLOD and increasing my uGrids helped correct this particular CTD. Idk if this could be your issue or not but, it is worth installing DynDOLOD imo.

I'm going to give you a possible answer that you will not like: WICO.

You have two mods that might be a problem:

Immersive Patrols and the Horse Mod. I would double check to see that these are 100% user friendly and / or a patch IF needed????

WICO is a popular mod but it's very restrictive as to what will and will not work.

So, do you mean that a should download DynDOLOD. And what is it?

I kind of agree about Immersive Patrols. I had crashes in the Reach around certain areas that removing Immersive Patrols fixed. That mod may not have actually been the problem though; a lot of mods that add roving NPCs cause crashes because other mods often mess up nav meshes. When traveling NPCs try to use a deleted navmesh, you'll get a CTD. (As I understand it.)

I would not recommend messing with uGrids. I have never had to do this in any Bethsoft game (Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout series, Skyrim, Skyrim SE) in order to have a great looking build. Messing around with uGrids can actually cause greater instability (more junk to load) and corrupt save files (not sure about Skyrim SE, but in other Bethsoft games the uGrids get "baked in" to a save, changing them later will make the save unusable).

Likewise with DYNDOLOD. It's nice if you want the extra features, but it is not a crash fix mod (it can actually cause problems if not set up properly) and it should not be installed for the purpose of fixing an existing CTD issue.

Feel free to check out my CTD guide linked in my sig for more ideas on tracking down your CTDs.
