AFT mod conflict

Hey everybody, I've been modding SSE since months before vortex mostly unhindered, probably because my previous machine could barely handle modded Skyrim so i never did try more than 30 mods at a time.

However now i have a solid running computer and have been playing with a lot of mods... ~290 mods at one point but after several hours of enjoyment i attempted to recruit a second followers using AFT and received a warning "aft warning: Tweakrecruitneutral missing parameter (mod conflict?)" so I searched around and found maybe it was immersive citizens or JK's Skyrim or several other mods. I've been uninstalling mods left and right and so far nothing has helped my situation. I was hoping by listing my LOOT load order somebody may know where my conflict lay. And maybe somebody could fill me in on a quicker way to find the conflicts because neither LOOT nor Vortex is throwing any kind of error or anything. Also I have tried uninstalling AFT and using Immersive AFT but it gives the same error.

Thanks in advanced for any possibly helpful comments.

 

EDIT: I forgot to mention both AFT and Immersive AFT show up in the MCM and spells show up fine but i never have any of the dialogue options and when I attempt to have a second follower my first follower walks off.
