Bow Walk Speed too fast?!

Very simple, I walk at normal run(not sprint) speed when drawing my bow instead of slower as it should be.

 

For a speed runner or anyone wanting to dance around enemies while peppering them with arrows, this is a perk not a problem, but it's annoying when trying to be immersive and when I'm sneaking at a slow speed and then hit mach 1 when I draw my bow and am still moving.

 

I BELIEVE Archery Gameplay Overhaul is responsible but I'm not sure. I have a very nice game so far and have JUST got done reinstalling Skyrim fresh so if there is a simple fix to this aside from uninstalling and reinstalling my 100+ mods I'd rather do that. While around on the greater internet I saw that this is not really normal but more of a glitch where if you're sneaking, moving, and then draw your bow/weapon you "sneak" at normal run speed instead of slow. But mine does this every time, in sneak and normal walking, when drawing my bow; ONLY with a bow though and not other melee weapons.

not sure if you still play or having the problem but for me it was the pace mod
