One of my mods makes a lot of light fixtures ear-splittingly loud

One thing I really dislike in my game is that whenever I pass under any kind of fluorescent light, I nearly go DEAF from the loud-ass buzzing sound it's making. It's so annoying that whenever I go into my Underground Hideout home, I have to mute the game just so I can hear myself think while I'm in the armory.

 

I'm hoping to either greatly lower the volume of the sound effect or to even replace it with silence, but I don't know what folders to look in for the sound file. Does anyone have any suggestions?

 

EDIT: Okay, I think I've found out which sound files are the culprits, but I could use a second opinion.

 

The files I've found are in the following directory and have the following names:

Data\Sound\fx\emt\sfx_neonbuzz_01_lp.wav

Data\Sound\fx\emt\sfx_neonbuzz_02_lp.wav

Data\Sound\fx\emt\sfx_neonbuzz_03_lp.wav

Unfortunately, when I tried putting in blank sound files with those names in those locations, it didn't fix anything.

Posted up some more info. Hopefully someone can use this and come up with a solution.
