how to spawn place train on tracks and then drive it?

using the new RR engineer mod, comes with native trainer, and using that command inside native trainer to spawn a train only puts it one direction.... never on a RR track, the option to drive it does exist, but I can't figure out how to place the train properly or manipulate it to place on the tracks? then drive it...is this possible?
