Unique archery problem

Okay, Siikapaska, your mission should you choose to accept it, is as follow:

Okay, you are not going to like this, but ... you will need to engage the: P.I.T.A. Protocol.

Here is what you will need to do, since the obvious is not the answer.

Turn > OFF < ( DISABLE ) your mods. DO NOT DELETE THEM. ( No need to at this point. )

DLC's are not mods. So the only thing active should be just SKYRIM and DLC's.

1 - Start a new clean game w / only the Skyrim and DLC's active.

2 - Get out of Helgen and get to a Safe Place to test out what is going on.

3 - Save at least 4 games to your Safe Place.

...> DO NOT OVERWRITE THESE SAVES. They are our FALL BACK SAVES. <...

4 - Get what armor - weapons and such you need to test this. Yes, they will all be Vanilla and that's fine.

5 - Test now and see if the ERROR is there?

.... IF > NO ---> Then it is a MOD.

.... IF > YES ---> Your base files are corrupted somehow.

We will go on " NO " - the problem is not there, premiss.

Now comes the P.I.T.A. part of this.

6 - Save again and exit game.

7 - Turn ON - ACTIVATE 1 but no more then 2 mods at a time.

... Understand again, this might be / could be more than 1 mod, we simply do not know.

8 - Enter game and play. Create a NEW SAVE, do not overwrite our prior clean saves, just incase.

... Obviously if the problem comes up right away, then make note of the mod.

... Exit - do NOT save if error is there. Make note of the mod and Turn it OFF / DEACTIVATE it.

... Move to the next 1 or 2 mods and continue until all mods are accounted for and found not to be ... or are the problems.

Again, only save games when the mods / errors are NOT in play.
