I highly doubt it is SoS for the dungeons that's causing it.

Too many hair mods at once. Only run one at a time. It will always crash your game when using the race creation menu and selecting a female character, every single time.

Just chiming in with support for Oubliette's advice.

I had the same issue this morning, as I am starting a new character. I fixed it by disabling lovely hairstyles but leaving Apachiisky. I imagine I could have gone the other way with it, but I was planning on using a ApachiiSky hairstyle on my character.

That's weird. Because I had no problem before. I had tons of hair mods but no problem. It was when I started updating mods it started to go nuts.

What better to do is to first check the hair charts from those mods, pick which one to load, and one of things I do next are:

* strip off all armors and gear

* turn off ENB (shift-f12)

* race changes have to be done inside an interior room, not outdoors, and makes less of an impact when the sudden rush of hair/eye/skin mods hit the system like a ton of bricks

Okay, I turned off all my mods, did it within the interior (not exterior) and...still crash. What IS IT? Gah...
