I'm working on the Dawnguard DLC and when I entered the soul cairn the sky box was sunny and look like the sky above Skyrim. Eventually it fixed it self.

Now the problem is the sky above Skyrim is the Soul Cairn sky box it even has the fog effect from the Soul Cairn present.

I've been playing the game normally but it hasn't changed back. I even tried installing the Enhance Sky mod and it hasn't fixed it.

Help please. :(

I managed to fix it by going into TES5EDIT and removed the Soul Cairn sky from Dawnguard.esm.

Hope that helps anyone if they too have a similar problem.

I'm having the same problem. I looked through TES5EDIT, and could not find any files called Soul Cairn Sky. Could you please give a more detailed explanation?

Check under climate (have not tested this yet myself).

Altough this is caused by Dragonborn, I think I have the same issue, just that every dimension gets the same sky:

This is the sky from the Black Books in Dragonborn DLC, but the screenshot is taken in Windhelm and I have no idea on how to get it away

Does anyone have any solution?

Hey guys!

Here is a console command for fixing the weather in skyrim! (should of posted this when I found it...)

FW 0000081A

This should turn the skybox into a clear sky.

I would also suggest looking for console command ForceWeather (fw) for more info.
