need help on a small script

Hi ...im looking for a simple script that will automatically unequip>equip a specific armor on cell loads..

 

 

Reason : There is a mod that bugs out every time on cell load and re equipping fixes this .. it will be really helpful if anyone walks me through a decent script since im totally new to modding ..tyvm
