LE Remove all beards

I recently came across Cassock for the first time, an Orc Vamp with a very interesting quest and potential follower. I loved everything about him EXCEPT for his beard. When I see an Orc I want their most terrifying quality to be their visible teeth, and while his are obviously visible, the beard is a major turnoff. I've been exploring some things like SSEEdit and Creation Kit (which will not run no matter how many times I launch it anyways), and I'm more of a normie when it comes to mods anyways.

This is kind of like a branching request:
1. Remake/Make any male follower(s) (we have enough female followers, I need to balance the load) and just remove their beards or give them better hair
2. Remake Cassock and remove his beard
3. (Probly not even possible) Make a "ShowRaceMenu" for followers that doesn't just alter their warpaints/scars/scales/tats (Which is the case with "The Manipulator" mod from LL

Do you still need a mod like this?

I own Vanilla Skyrim without DLCs and I don't have the interesting NPCs mod...removing the beard from Vanilla orc followers (only orcs you said...am I correct?) is a very simple task. I might do it for you.

 

PS: The only Vanilla orc followers I did found are Ogol, Lob (he doesn't have a beard), and Ghorbash. Dawnguard adds another orc, but I don't have that DLC and I can't help.
