silhouett Posted December 19, 2012 Share Posted December 19, 2012 I would like to see someone make a race of NPCs who by nature are not aggressive, but appear from time to time watching and observing.In the Series Fringe the observers were originally like this. They had the following abilities To fade out and then fade in from one location to another. (Teleport but with a fade) They could move faster then normal even avoid normal weapons. They were able to seem to travel in time so one might say something to you that has not happen yet but is coming. They were all bald.
