First person weapons lag - no torch animation while holding 1h weapons and more

Hi, I'm french, sorry if I make some mistakes :)

 

So basically, Some weapons are "teleporting" when I hold them, but only after I walked a bit and stopped, then the animation is back to something smooth

 

What make this weird are the following things, LISTED:

-It happen only with some particular type of weapons: all swords, maces, axes (but not staff); the torch; shields; bows.

-About the torch, the lag happen under unique conditions: not holding anything else; when holding 1handed weapons (staff not included), there is still the lag + no holding animation. While holding a staff or using magic in right hand, there are no aniamtions lags at all.

-While holding 1handed weapons with one hand and spells with the other, I noticed 0 lags/ animations stop.

-THIS happen ONLY after running in the forward/backward directions: I notices literaly ZERO lags/animations issues after sprinting or walking (walking = "move_forward"+"holding_shift") or straffing right/left...

 

I think that's enough description there. Here is the TECHINCAL STUFF: (Vortex user, using manual desinstall most of the time)

From what I have heard, using Joy of perspective might have been my mistake. I don't remember having this bug while using it but who knows. After complete desinstaltion (of joy of perspective and ANYTHING that changes meshes folder), I tried starting a game, I still had the lag. I even launched a save game that had never been launched after Joy Of Perspective install, still the bug. I also tried the "sexchange" command.

About animations, I'm only using the Archery Gameplay Overhaul with Nemesis. after desinstalling, no changes at all. In the past, I've tried using The Combat Gameplay Overhaul + 360 Combat behavior as well.

I still had this topic's lag.

I never installed any male/femal body presets, only XP32 for CGO+360 Combat behavior. It is now disabled.

I checked my meshes folder entirely a billion times, looking for some leftovers, I found nothing suspect.
