Help finding the right mods?

I've been hoping to find someone to help me get my environmental mods figured out ( lighting, textures, fire, water, weather, etc)

I'm hoping to do two builds:
1) Just a general overall update to make things look nicer
2) A "grim-dark" set so I can be immersed in my hardcore play through (I found a video on YouTube but it's for Oldrim, idk if I could use those mods)

That's mostly what I need help with atm. But I wouldn't mind making friends with someone via discord and discussing mods. I'm finding so many I'm not sure which ones to use.

To answer your second question, you can easily tweak ReShade to get easy visuals such as a grim and dark mood. Or try Ominous ENB, it's pretty much what you're looking for i guess.
