Wrye Bash refuses to install any new mods.

After attempting to install the ERSO mod via BAIN installer, my Wrye Bash refuses to install any new mods (and never installed ERSO in the first place) and will give me an error telling me that it cannot find files for ERSO, even though I am trying to install a completely unrelated mod. I've tried removing every file for the mod in my data, removing the installer from my bash installer folder and restarting bash many times, yet it still gives me an error about this mod. Please help, this is very frustrating.
