Rabi3
This has been going on for a while and I even stopped playing skyrim because it was so annoying, so basically my character keeps coughing every 3-5 second, I went to several of shrines didn't seem to work I re-installed skyrim , but I didn't delete the mods, the only thing I can think of doing now is deleting my mods, but I got so many and I don't want to re-install all of them.. Isen't there any other solution?

K00L
Well I don't see anything that would cause that to happen that I would know of (specifically I was thinking of any mod that would change diseases like maybe some kind of survival mod). Try disabling them one at a time, a slow process but it generally works well. :P Also I would first try reloading a save before the coughing started. I read that it may be a random glitch and not involve a mod at all. Couldn't really find much on it but it looks like it has happened to a few other people. I'm not gonna load a old save, because it was so long ago I saved before he coughed.
K00L
Well if its not trouble with mods then reloading that old save may be the only thing to stop it.
