Vilja at least isn't dependent on the default Skyrim Follower system, so even without UFO or EFF it should be possible to get her to follow you along with other followers. Also, always install and test one mod at a time. Adding a bunch all at once always causes problems and then makes it hard to find a solution because you're never sure exactly which of the multiple mods you're using has caused the problem. Finally Do Not use UFO and EFF together, if you are read their descriptions for proper uninstallation (you might have to dismiss all your followers first) and then uninstall which ever of the two you don't intend to continue using.
