CTD issues and Mod Compatibility problems?

After long "uninstalling/installing" procedures with every single mod and i haven't found the culprit of the freezing around White River Watch...i came up with nothing... here is my load order:::::::

PS:My papyrus report said that "WalkingDanger" is the error but after taking the "sand man" mod out i still had that error...

 

PPS: all of my mods are cleaned... =(
