Well a possible and lore-friendly enchantment based on the book "The Posting of the Hunt" could be one of these effects: expel daedra, hunter's prowess (extra damage to animals or creatures), a small chance to spawn a storm atronach or a huge explosion like the effect of the electric rune with electric damage.
