Skyrim SE armor mod loads model, but not texture

I tried installing the Cloud-Final Fantasy 7CC Clothes and Hairstyle mod for Skyrim SE, it's the only armor mod I have in my load order.

I'm using Vortex as my mod manager.

For some reason, it shows the actual model for the armor itself, but the texture is all white, rather than the texture contained in the mod.
Any reason why this is happening?
One other side issues: the hair model for the mod doesn't show up in the character creation menu, any idea how to fix this?

Are the assets loose or in a .bsa? If they're loose, the thing I would look for is the texture file path. One of the most common things, for me, is when a mod includes its own data folder, and I inadvertently drop it into the data folder, so instead of data > textures > armor > etc., I get data > data > textures > armor, and the system can't find it. It may not be an extra data folder, could also be one step missing or a misspelled name or something like that.
