Salamandre1970
Hello guys For a year or so I worked on a perk overhaul so now is almost done but I am stuck at archive creation. What I have: a) 2 plugins depending on all expansion game filesb) a few sc and pex filesNo textures So, how to make a mod from those then upload it to Steam? Because creating archive in CK asks me for an active plugin then it ignores the second. Also when I try to create archive it adds a lot of dds files - saying those have been altered, but I didn't touch the graphical areas at all. Thanks for attention
NexusComa
What are the 2 plugins in detail ? You also may want to have a look at the mod with TES5Edit.The .dss files may be from the plugins. Hard to say with knowing more details about what the plugins are and how you are using them. Salamandre1970
By plugin I mean .esp file. There are two because one changes the creatures stats then the other changes the perks, so each remains optional however I want to distribute both. And no, there are no dds files used by me. I already checked the esp files with TES5Edit, I used it constantly to check errors before it is too late, so right now it says both are 100% clean. So, how to make a mod from that and upload it to Steam? And what is a bsa file, CK proposed me to make one. I got a few bsa files when downloading mods so I figured they are sort of packed archives when graphics are added, but not sure to what extent. NexusComa
I would assume you just pack it as normal then include the 2 .esp files with the upload. As far as any files from other mod you will need permission to use it.Unless it already gives you permission. Then it customary to list them in your mods description.
