Reason:
Upload of a mod containing artwork by other artists knowingly redistributed without providing the original artists’ permissions for use and redistribution and without providing the original artists’ sub licences the allow the uploader to give further open permissions for re-upload to other sites, modification, conversion, use and earning donation points for use of the original artists' artwork/assets in the file.

None of the original artists (knowingly) has been credited.

Uploader’s replies on the mod page after being addressed by one of the original creators and another member for that issue:

“Try reloading the page. I will not delete the mod, because I think that other authors may like the fact that their drawings are used by people. It's like hanging a picture of a painter on a wall. I just push their art in a new direction.”

"Thanks. I hope they write to me so that I can indicate their names."

Usage and Accreditation

• Proper credit to the original author(s) must be given unless the author(s) has/have specified that credit is not necessary. Please, be aware that the mere accreditation of an author is no substitute for receiving explicit permission to upload or modify someone else’s content.
• The uploader is responsible for understanding the legalities involved when using copyrighted work and submissions that contain such content may be removed.

Distribution Permissions in Relation to other Users
If the author has not provided any permission information at all - you should assume that you must request permission from the author.
