ArdentFlame
Could someone please explain how she works? I want to use her follower AI and put it on other followers manually. I've been looking at how she works in the CK and it just doesn't make sense to me. Followers work by giving them the Current Follower and Potential Follower faction yet Serana is absent from both. How the heck does she work? BTW the main thing I want is to make my followers start mining, smithing, drinking, etc. when idle.
ArdentFlame
I believe I may have found it. Would I have to edit the follower packages? There's things called "Bool"s in the packages that seem to enable the NPC to be able to do things given the current circumstances. Is this true? DreamKingMods
There's a mod called Lively Followers that adds the same wandering behavior to other followers.
ArdentFlame
I'd like to do this myself though.
ArdentFlame
Oh so you're the guy who made the Aela the Huntress mod.... funny, because that's who I'm working on. I've tried your mod as well.
DreamKingMods
Look at the script attached to Serana's alias when following, it's called NPCMentalModel or something like that. That's where the logic is. Serana checks the player's position every few seconds and if the player hasn't moved much, she starts a sandbox package.
