2020 state of MEA modding and possibility of adding new models?

Hello,

 

I wanted to ask if it's already possible to make new models, animations, weapons and sounds for the game?

 

I have some ideas I'd really like to do, but that of course would require an established workflow.

 

I can see there's a tool for extracting models and no shortage of tweak and texture mods, but no new assets.
