I'd be happy with a mod that just made you look similler to a super mutant, maybe with the super mutant skin and stuff. Unfortunatly I'm no modder, although I'd love to try. Thanks heaps! HUGE SPOILER AHEAD Instead of dying at the end of the game from rad poisoning you become a super mutant. Or if you just get irradiated past 1000 rads you mutate.
