Looking for an old clothing mod

This doesn't qualify as troubleshooting but this seems to be the closest forum for my issue.

 

If you'll look at the attached picture, you'll see she's wearing a hijab looking hood. I'm trying to find out what mod it originated fro

or the modder's name.

 

I have MW mods going back to almost the day it hit the shelves but I apparently lost this one over the years.
