Slow Download

I want to report based on https://help.nexusmods.com/article/92-im-having-download-issues-what-can-i-do which is leads me here

 

My criteria : Regular user without an ad blocker

 

My country : Indonesia

 

My Ip address : 192.168.100.5

 

My ping result to files.nexus-cdn.com :

eventhough my ping is good, i dunno why my download speed is still slow. I can proof you that i able run a video on youtube without trouble

idk why my download speeds are capped at 1.5 but i do have premium. this is honestly a rip off at this point

Just bought premium too, but downloads are not exceeding 300-400 KB/s..

Pings around 150, no packet lost.

 

It's just barely bettter than what i had as non-premium. This is rather pathetic, this kind of speeds would be considered good 15years ago.

Tried different download locations, all EU and results are almost the same. Tried Vortex download and manual download - same.

It's not my connection issue, everything works good and i just downloaded fresh skyrim se from steam with 10MB/s which is almost my max speed.
