sharq44
Can some one help me pls? I updgraded my PC and since the new hardware works only with win 10, I had to reinstall my win 7 to win 10 and now...for some reason the game doesn't see that part of the mods that were installed using daupdater with message - This saved game cannot be loaded because the following downloadable content is not installed (it's dazip mods, I suppose) all DLC and other mods that just need to put in the Override works fine, first time I tried to fix a problem which was not related with this one, and while I was doing this, dazip mods somehow miraculously start to work for me (although I didn’t do any manipulations with the mod's folder), but then I completely reinstalled the game (since the toolset would not work without this step) and now dazip mods do not work again (although the game was reinstalled at the same way as before: I just renamed the old game's folder to Dragon Age - Origins1, installed the new game and put the files from the Dragon Age - Origins1 to Dragon Age - Origins folder are there any suggestions what could be the reason? (sorry if I wrote something meaningless, my English is not so good)
Pasquale1223
If I understand you correctly, you just copied over some files instead of re-installing them with daupdater, correct? It's possible that your addins.xml file may be missing some entries it needs. Running daupdater will usually add the entries that are needed. Selecting "Downloadable Content" from the Main Menu, and then the "Installed Content" tab can give you more information about what is present and enabled in your installation. If you could be more specific about which mods are working and which ones are not, perhaps someone could offer more assistance.
sharq44
yes, the problem was in addins.xml, fortunately I have a copy of the Bioware folder and I just returned the previous version of addins.xml and now everything works fine thanks for the right direction <
