Mod Idea: Youjo Senki jetpacks

Don't you, like me, always hate when you install an endless AP mod for jetpacks and they end up sending you so damn high in literally just 5 or 6 seconds?

I have a mod idea to improve upon it:

 

A jetpack that doesn't require power armor, more luxurious in this way, the Youjo Senki german jetpack. With this, you can set your elevation and still be able to fire with any weapon in your inventory.

 

It will include 3 modes by double tapping space:

 

Elevation mode: Turns the jetpack on, you can set how high you are going to be in a locked position and move up or down via the W and S movement keys, up to 10,000 meters into the sky. To land again, simply touch the ground by descending via the S key, you can aim the easiest in this mode.

 

Boost mode: Allows you to sprint forward aerodynamically and automatically, this mode is used for evasive maneuvers and hit and run tactics, you'll keep going forward with boost mode on, so make your shots count.

 

Targeting mode: Locks you in place and displays all enemies below you in a real time VATS targeting system (no slow motion), targeting mode is meant to wipe several platoons of enemies off your map at once, once you're done targeting, an explosion from any weapons bullet will envelope the area where targets are located, after which you will be switched back to elevation mode.
