LE buildable houses

Thought it would be cool if there were some more build your own house type buildings. The build your own house mod is great and has a story for lucky. I thought it would be cool if lunds house had an option to upgrade, the burning house south of forelhoust with the guy who attempted to use the scroll of flaming antorach be cleared and rebuilt, the destroyed farm by fort greymoor be rebuilt, or the traitors post house by windhelm be fixed. Some could have quests like a deed in each of the houses signed by each jarl of the region or with the traitors post kill the bandits the deed is in the master locked chest on the second floor or you get the farm deed from agnis in fort greymoor after the quest with her and the other ones are in the houses or maybe you get the burned down farm and the traitors post after the civil war. The burning house could be built into the mountain a little bit, lunds house have a terraced garden, the farm could have a windmill and the traitors post could change names depending on what side you were with during the civil war. I know there are a lot of house mods and houses in the game out there but I thought it would be cool if they were integrated into the game like how supernastypants put them in his mod. Maybe hire the farmers that wander around to farm some of your houses too. Just kind of throwing the idea out there dont really know if anyone will do it and apologies for my english I speak it fine but I can't write it very well.
