Request for a race: Raziel

Hello everybody. I've looked from all possible places and I can't find a mod that adds Raziel from LoK to races. Of course there is his vampiric form here in tesnexus, but I'm looking for the wraith Raziel.

 

I'm begging someone to do wraith-Raziel. Here's some reference:

If someone decides to make him, the wings would be a great positive, and the scarf is a must unless you want to cut his jaw off.

Of course these stats are suggestions, but this is how I see them.

 

The wings for Raziel can be from the mod Alexander Wings, but about the cowl I don't know.

 

And again, I'm begging you to do this character. I'd really would appreciate if someone makes him.

Ok, I'm raising this topic. Really suffering from the side-effects of not having the wraith in the game.

Anyway, could someone please make Raziel? Anyone who has played LoK?

Would a Raziel race really be totally necessary? I'm not a modder (yet, still going through tutorials at a sluggish pace), but I do know that armour textures can change the shape of a body, for example, when an argonian or khajiit's snout is seemingly "cut off" by a face covering helmet...

 

So, my question is, why not make an armour set of a wraith raziel? One could design the cowl and hair and so forth as part of the helmet, and have the remainder of the cowl, and Raziel's ribcage and spine making up the cuirass? The greaves could mimic Raziel's wiry legs, and the boots could mimic his tridactyl feet. The gauntlets could be designed to have the three claws in place of the usual four fingers and a thumb, with one of the gauntlets possessing a lightning effect to mimic the spirit reaver's tracking up Raziel's arm.

 

The wraith reaver blade could be made by reducing the opacity of an existing Soul Reaver sword mod, such as B Cookie's example, and adding a flame or lightning effect to the blade (I use B Cookie's Reaver myself, and is found at http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20456. This would mimic the Material Wraith Reaver held by Raziel in Defiance, as shown here (http://www.thelostworlds.net/Software/index.html)) which contains the "Only Skin Deep" program, which, according to the site, is "A utility for exporting texture maps from Soul Reaver 2 and Defiance for the PC and all versions of Soul Reaver", and the "ModelEx" program, which is "A utility for viewing and converting the 3D object models used in Soul Reaver."

 

Although they probably require the user to have a copy of Defiance or one of the Soul Reaver games, in order to be able to extract anything, these programs are free to download from The Lost Worlds, and there is no registration or any of that sort of thing to worry about. I have downloaded a number of movies and soundtracks from The Lost Worlds, and can vouch for their reliability, as much as my opinion matters in this case.

 

Again, not being a modder, I'm not sure whether these textures and models would be in the right format, but if they could be converted, they could certainly make an altruistic modder's work much easier. I, for one, would be extremely happy to get to play as Raziel, and, although creating an armour mod, as opposed to a race mod, would mean that players could not alter the appearance of their wraith, but it would allow fans to finally control their own Vampire Wraith Raziel in Oblivion, and that would be a wonderful thing indeed.
