Black Face Glitch

I know this is a common issue and there are plenty of guides. I have tried all the ones I could find and the issue persists. I tried reinstalling mods that affected the body or face. I tried going into CK and regening the face meshes of all the characters I saw. Still nothing. I even went through loot and cleared it of almost all messages by fixing what issues it stated.

I have no idea what to do next and would greatly appreciate any help that you can offer. Thank you.
