Unattached instances

Hey all. So I know unattached instances are a natural part of FO4, but my game seems to be generating a lot of them early on when I fill empty bottles in survival mode. It's happening with my modded game, and its happening when I tested on a completely vanilla game. Here are some pictures: https://imgur.com/a/MS5Ibpt

Is this amount of unattached instances normal? Or should I be concerned about this? It seems like a lot, and I don't want to get too far into a play through only to have it blow up because of whatever is going on here. Some assistance or reassurance from someone who knows about this stuff would be great.

With mods, I had some freezes outside Red Rocket. I almost never freeze or CTD in Fallout 4 so it prompted me to check the save in Resaver, where I discovered 22 unattached instances, looking the same as in those pictures, with the hc_waterbottle script one as well. I figured it was a mod causing it, so I tested a bunch that were in my load order and still got the unattached instances after filling an empty bottle. Finally I decided to see if it would happen on a fresh install of the game with no mods, and it's happening there too. It seems every time I fill a bottle with water, it creates an unattached instance, and they don't seem to be going away on their own.

I have not seen this before, but I can speculate: These instances may be scripts that have not yet been triggered. Make a fresh save, then delete them. If you can't load the new save, you will know. If you can, save again and then see if they are have come back. If they have, try running around and doing various things for awhile. If there are no bugs, save again and see if the number of instances has changed and whether they can be deleted. Possibly, the problems you had earlier were not connected with these instances. That is not a very good answer, but it is all I have.

Thanks for trying to help anyway. I'm going to just try and play for a few hours and see if it makes any difference. But I'll try your suggestion too. I've had no reason in the past to open a save this early in resaver, so hopefully this is just a Bethesda thing.
