Alithinos
I have Skyrim more than 12 months. In this time it only crashed to me 3 times, and all of these where after playing long sessions. And there where almost no bugs. Now after installing Dawnguard it seems the whole game broke up. The first time I was lucky to reach their fortress and get my first mission as a Dawnguard. But getting towards the point I must go for my first mission a weird bug happened that started spawning many dragons to me. 1,2,3,4,5,6... :psyduck: I died, and I decided next time to go to that point by following a different path. Second time I tried to play my mission, all of a sudden my horse starts flying in the air and spinning awkwardly very fast until the game crash. I re-loaded my save and then nothing weird happened until the game crashed after 5 minutes. Now, I can't play Skyrim anymore yay!!!I paid fresh money to break my game. scottym23
That's a crazy glitch that I've never heard of before, especially the dragon spawning part. If that was a one time thing I'd want that to happen to me haha. But in all seriousness, there could be a couple things wrong with your game now. The first question you have to address is whether or not it's a quest related issue. If that's the case, then either rough through it a couple more times until eventually you complete it, or use console commands to forcibly complete the quest. If the buggy behavior and game crashing stops after that, you're welcome. If not, then try uninstalling Skyrim and Dawnguard and then re installing it. My initial thought when reading this was that since Dawnguard and this mission in particular is acting up, you might have a mod that isn't compatible with Dawnguard? So if you try getting through the quest, re installing the game, and none of that works, then try uninstalling all of your mods and playing through the mission again. If your game crashes again, at least you can eliminate a mod as being the issue.
