mod request : refilling throwable weapons and bows from a dead body

ingame u can refill your throwables or your bow if u missed the shot or there's a refill bucket

 

but u cant pick it off a dead body , would be cool if someone enabled that u can pick up your ammo from a dead body ( removing javalin from chest for example)
